- The minimun stay 35 nights.

- Exclusively for people over 18.

- A monthly payment is required to confirm the reservation, that amount will be saved as a sucurity deposit once the guest arrives and will be returned on the day of departure as long the room is returned in the same conditions as it was delivered. In case of cancellation 48 hours after the reservation is made, the deposit will be lost.

- The advance notice to cancel the stay once the reserved period begins must be made one month in advance

- Possibility of registration at the town "Empadronamiento" hall for stays of six months or more.

- All rooms are exclusive single use.

- No pets allowed.

- There is a system of surveillance by cameras at the entrance of the apartment and in the kitchen.

- Two times per week a cleaning service comes to clean the common areas (corridor, kitchen and bathrooms)

- Heating available from December 1 to March 31.

- All the expenses are included (light, water, gas and internet).

- The apartment haven' t got a washing machine. There is an automatic laundry service near the apartment.

- THE NON-PAYMENT OF A MONTHLY RENT, MAY BE CAUSE OF THE IMMEDIATE EXPULSION.

- THE DEPOSIT CANNOT BE USED TO PAY A MONTHLY FEE
