Apartment of 250m2 in an historical building, just at 10 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. The apartment is shared only with 7 other people and has 2 full equipped bathrooms.
Quiet interior room with a big window, a single bed, a desk, a private fridge and a large storage area. All expenses are included. We do not have a washing machine but just below the apartment there is an automatic laundry, open every day and very cheap.

There is a system of surveillance by cameras at the entrance of the apartment and in the kitchen.

2 times per week a cleaning service comes to clean the common areas (corridor, kitchen and bathrooms)
